16, 2009 at his residence. He was a native of Gaston County, born November 18, 1926, son of the late Joe Taylor Hedrick and Thelma Huffman Hedrick.
Mr. Hedrick was a WWII Navy veteran, Owner & Operator of Horace's Radiator & Air Condition Service, Inc. since 1973. He was a member Salem Baptist Church.
He was preceded in death by his parents, four sisters and two brothers.
Survivors include his wife of 56 years, Frankie McGinnis Hedrick
Daughters: Debbie Head and husband Grady of Clover, SC
Sandra Fortner and husband DeJuan of Clover, SC
Son: Tony Hedrick and wife Becky of Dallas
Grandchildren: Dwayne and Maria Johnson, DaKota Fortner, Great-grandson Dylan Houston Johnson
A Funeral Service will be 4:00 pm, Sunday, October 18, 2009 at Salem Baptist Church with the Rev. Fain Farmer and Rev. Andy Royals officiating.
The Family will receive friends 2 hrs. prior to the service, beginning at 2:00 pm.
Interment will follow at Hardin Baptist Church Cemetery
with Military Honors by the Gaston County WWII Last Mans Club
