Herbert Cliff Windham, 65, passed away May 23, 2010 in Chapel Hill, North Carolina. Herbert was a native of Horry County, SC, born June 3, 1944 to the late Cecil and Leila Stroud Windam.
A Memorial service to honor Herberts life will be held at 3:00 pm, Thursday June 10 in the chapel at Withers and Whisenant Funeral Home.
