Clover – Glayes Faye Lawless Crooks, 82, entered into Heaven on January 31st at the Robin Johnson House.
She was born in Jefferson City, TN on September 28, 1935 to the late Arvel and UnaVee Holt Lawless. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her brothers; Clyde, Carroll and Virgal Lawless; sisters, Hazel Myers and Ruby Lamb; daughter, Theresa Quinn; step-son, Anthony Ritter and husbands, Grady Quinn and Larry Crooks.
Left to cherish her memories includes her children; Brenda Gonzalez (Albert); Cynthia Stocton (Gary); Pamela Stocton (Terry); Pastor Eric T. Quinn (Arlene); Michael Quinn and Mark Brown; and 16 grandchildren
The family will receive friends from 2:00 until 3:00 p.m., Saturday prior to the Celebration of Life Service at 3:00 p.m., Saturday, February 2nd at South Gaston Church of God with Pastor Bobby Gilley and Reverend Sam Barnette.
Interment will be private.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to South Gastonia Church of God, 301 Carolina Avenue, Gastonia, North Carolina 28052.
