Gladys Davis Lowrance, 82 of 2674 Paula Drive, Gastonia passed away peacefully at Gaston Memorial Hospital surrounded by her loving family.
She was a native of Gaston County, born December 18, 1929 to the late Paul and Nancy Shuler Davis.
She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband James Warner Lowrance who died in 1985, her brothers Richard, Wayne and Charles Davis, and a sister Martha Lee Davis.
Gladys was a loving mother and grandmother and enjoyed reading.
She was a member of First Baptist Church, Lowell.
Survivors include her children, Paul Lowrance and wife Toni,
Jane Griffin and husband Doug, Mary Alexander and husband Clark; Grandchildren, Melinda Horton, Eric Griffin, Clark Alexander, Jr., and Stephanie Lowrance; and a sister Laura Black
