She was born November 8, 1932 in Gaston County to the late Lem and Annie Flume Compton.
Survived by husband; William C. "Bill" Chaney; son Douglas Huffstetler.
Visitation Monday 10-11 am at the church
Funeral service will be 11:00 Monday at Unity Baptist Church – Gastonia.
Family request no flowers or food be sent.
