Gastonia – Fred Willis "Freddie" Queen, Jr., 53 entered the gates of Heaven with his loving family by his side on April 1, 2017 at his residence.

Fred was born in Gaston County, on October 6, 1963 to the late Fred W Queen and Betty Miller Queen.
Fred was a brother of the South Fork Masonic Lodge #462.

Left to cherish his memories is his wife of 29 years, Tammy Martin Queen; his daughter, Tiffany Leigh Queen, and son Thomas Queen, granddaughter Nevaeh Dawn, sisters Sandra Queen all of the home, Vickie Wisniewski (Robert) of Ocala, FL.; very close friend Terry Elliott (David) and children, Tommy, Maggie and Sammy of Gastonia, a very special aunt Aileen Pierce of Statesville, a nephew and great nephew, several cousins and many friends.

Memorial Celebration of Life service will be 2:00 p.m., Saturday, April 8, 2017 at Zion Baptist Church, 2437 Propst Street, Gastonia with Pastor Leo Kuyendall officiating. He will be honored with Masonic Rites.

The family will receive friends from 1:00 until 2:00 pm prior to the service and other times at the home, 4232 Dawnwood Drive, Gastonia

In lieu of flowers Memorials may be made to the Masonic Home for Children, 600 West College Street, Oxford, NC 27565 or Zion Baptist Church Building Fund, 2437 Propst Street, Gastonia, NC 28052
