Dallas – Charles Franklin Neal, 75 passed away peacefully on August 6, 2017 at the home of Darlene and Doyle Clemmer where he resided for the past three years. He was born in Gaston County on September 20, 1942 to the late Daniel Ervin and Ruth Hayes Neal.
Frank was a member of Salem Baptist Church, Lincolnton. He was a retired supervisor with Wix Filters for over 45 years.
Left to cherish his memories includes his children, Frankie Neal (Donna), Lisa Neal, Crystal Hale; five grandchildren and seven great grand children; sister Betty Burgin.
A Celebration of Life service will be at 2:00 p.m., Thursday, August 10, 2017 at Withers & Whisenant Funeral Home with Reverend Andy Royals officiating.
The family will receive friends on Wednesday, August 9th from 6:00 until 8:00 p.m., at Salem Baptist Church, 1982 Salem Church Road, Lincolnton, NC
Entombment will be at Gaston Memorial Park
