Bessemer City - Everett "Buck" Carlton Cox, passed away peacefully on April 22, 2020 at his home with his loving family by his side. He was born in Covington, Virginia on November 7, 1957 and is the son of the late Carlton and Doris Stuple Cox.
"Buck" was a Truck Driver for Yellow Roadway Trucking Company. He loved to go to auctions, play his guitar and talk politics.
"Buck" is survived by his wife of 32 years, Judy Beal Cox; two step daughters, Debra Grage and Lori Patino; one brother, Tracy Cox; three sisters, Collie Jean Johnson and her husband, John, Jennifer Hayslett and Jeannie Hayslett.
Funeral services will be private and at a later date.
