Dallas-Forest Edward 'Eddie' Taylor, 69, of passed away peacefully March 14, 2011 at Gaston Memorial Hospital. He was a native of Gaston County, born March 1, 1942 to the late Gene and Junie Smith Taylor
He is preceded in death by his parents and two sisters Carolyn Birt and Nancy Lewis
Survivors include his wife of 31 years, Robin Jenkins Taylor;
Two sons, Mark Taylor and wife Kelly, Marty Taylor both of Dallas; one brother, Ronnie Taylor of Charlotte; and a close friend Charlie Jenkins
A Celebration of Life Service will be held 7:00 pm Thursday, March 17, 2011 in the chapel of Withers and Whisenant Funeral Home. The family will receive friends from 6:00 until 7:00
Interment will be private
