Karl Douglas 'Doug' Badger, 57, 2707 Monterey Park Drive, Gastonia formerly of Kings Mt., died October 27, 2009 at Gaston Memorial Hospital.
He was a native of Gaston County, born October 16, 1952, son of Myrtle Barber Badger and the late Charles Larry Badger
He was a veteran of the U.S. Marines, and a member of Garver Memorial Baptist Church. Doug worked at Amp-Tyco Inc. for many years. He was currently employed at Industrial Fabrications, Inc
Survivors include his wife of 37 years: Pam Grubbs Badger
Children: Derek Badger, Candy Earley and Teguila Badger
Brother: Rodney Badger
Sister: Kim Badger
Grandchildren: Dustin Brown, Nathaniel Miller, Amber Bolen,
Zack Badger, Mason Hanif and Sami Badger
Great Grandaughter: Kenleigh Brown
Service will be 2:00pm, Friday, October 30, 2009 at Garver Memorial Baptist Church with Rev. David Stewart officiating
Family will receive friends 1:00-2:00 prior to the service
Interment will follow at Evergreen A Quiet Place with Military Honor by the U.S. Marines.
