Dorothy Smith McGaha

Gastonia-Dortohy Smith McGaha, 84 of 1013 West Mauney Avenue passed away peacefully Monday, March 18, 2013 at Gaston Memorial Hospital.
She was a native of Winnsboro, SC, born November 27, 1928 to the late Alonzo and Myrtle York Smith.
She was preceded in death by her parents her husband Walter L. McGaha, a son David,a daughter Alice Cantrell and a sister Mildred Smith.
Survivors include her children, Linda Bridges and husband Ron of Gastonia, Tina Faile and husband Calvin of Gastonia, Brenda Fogle of Hendersonville, Michael, Donnie, Cindy and Randy McGaha all of Gastonia;
Grandchildren Scott and Shane McGaha, Brandy Lay, Robbie, Shawn, Chris McDowell, Katelin Williams, Jeff and Jimmy Cantrell;
brother, Don Smith and sister, Charlene Smith both of Hendersonville;
Memorial service will be 2:00pm Wednesday, March 20, 2013 at Withers & Whisenant Funeral Home with Pastor Dale Lawing officiating. The family will receive friends 1 hr prior to the service.
Interment will be private
