Dallas- Dawn Denise 'Deedee' Totherow, 41, of 184 Evans Lake Road, Dallas died December 16, 2009 in Durham, NC. She was a native of KY, daughter of Joseph Kenneth Lafayette Johnson and the late Linda Faye Strickland
She is preceded in death by her mother, Linda Faye Strickland

Survivors include her husband of 20 yrs., James 'Jim' Totherow
Children: Christopher Tarbush and girlfriend Karamie Robinson,
Michael Johnson and girlfriend Cassie Hawkins;
Grandchildren: Devin and Haven
Step-daughters: Lori T Bates and husband Jamie Bates and their children Shelley Rogers and Tyler Bates,
Step-daughter: Tammy Longnecker and her children, Justin, Brandon, Heather and her boyfriend Ricky Outz and his sons Brandon and Steven
Sister: Talina Roberts and husband Tommy
Nieces Careen, and her children, Neveah and Carleigh, Ashley and Kaitlin; nephews David Darold and Daniel.
Future goddaughter Alyvia Rayne and Aunt Norma Burdin
Celebration of Life service will be 4:00 pm Friday, December 18, 2009 at Withers & Whisenant Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Reavis Fox officiating
Family will receive friends 1 hr prior to the service
