He was a native of Gaston County, born December 20, 1960 to County Jay and the late Joy Armstrong Huffstickler.
David was a member of Community Baptist Church. He was a self employed roofer.
He was preceded in death by his mother his wife Tracy, stepmother Iris Jay and a brother Jonathan Huffstickler.
Survivors include his children David County Huffstickler, II of Bessemer City, Christopher Ray Lewis of Kings Mt.,Amy Nicole Huffstickler of Shelby, Julia Olivia Cooper and Emily Crystal Cooper of Dallas; brother Stephen County Huffstickler; Sharon Kelly Brown and husband Weyman, Jeanne Human Showalter, Carolyn Huffstickler Cernuto; Grandchildren Austin Nathaniel Huffstickler and Chole Lara Cooper
A Celebration of Life Service will be held 3:00 pm Monday, May 30, 2011 at Community Baptist Church with Pastor Matt Seagle officiating
The Family will receive friends 1 hr prio to the service
Interment will follow at Evergreen Cemetery, Belmont
Pallbearers will be David C Huffstickler, II, Dale Human, Chris DeMarqus, Dale Shehan, Preston Floyd and Patrick Leslie
