Stanley-Danny Lee McDonald, 54 of Stanley passed away August 7 at Gaston Memorial Hospital
He was a native of Mecklenburg County, born October 1, 1956 to Douglas Lee McDonald and the late Mary Eloise Huffstetler Mc Donald.
Doug attended South Point High School. He played in the band and loved music and could play any instrument. He was in the Heating & Air business.
Survivors include his father and step mother, Doug and Mikey McDonald of McAdenville; sister, Lisa Davis and finance Robert Johnson
Step brothers, Roger and Kelly Rankin of Gastonia
Celebration of life memorial service will be 5:00pm, Wednesday, August 10 2011at McAdenville United Methodist Church.
