Gastonia – Dana Mitchell Bumgarner, 55 of 1529 Seigle Avenue, Gastonia passed away March 18, 2013 at Gaston Memorial Hospital.
He was a native of Gaston County, born December 16, 1957 to Margaret Reep Bumgarner and the late William H Bumgarner.
Dana was a U.S. Army veteran and an employed carpenter.
Survivors include his mother, Margaret Reep Bumgarner;
and a daughter, Brandi Goodson of Harmony, NC; two grandsons Logan and Dylan Goodson; a sister Linda B Polk of Gastonia
The family will receive friends from 12:00 until 2:00pm prior to the service
Funeral service will be 2:00pm Friday at God Can Baptist Church, 214 Crescent Drive Bessemer City, NC with Reverend Randy Richardson officiating.
Interment will be at Bessemer City Cemetery
