Mt. Holly-Cynthia Marie 'Cindy' Hooper, 49 of 186 Smith Clemmer Road, passed away peacefully September 26, 2012 at Gaston Memorial Hospital.
She was a native of Gaston County, born June 25, 1963 to the late Rick and Virgie Dover.
Cindy worked at American & Efird for over 14 years, and attended Fellowship Baptist Church, Iron Station.
Cindy was a loving wife, mother, grandmother, daughter and sister.
Survivors include her husband of 16 years, Isaac Hooper;
Her children, Richard Decker and wife Leanne of Mt. Holly, Stacy Blackwelder of Stanley, Brandon Hooper and Sheila Hooper of Mt. Holly; Brother, Wayne Dover and wife Juanita of Bluefield, VA; Grandchildren Jeffery, Payton, Kyndall, Damion, Riley and Bentley.Niece, Kristin Dover and nephew Josh Dover
Celebration of life service will be 3:00pm, Saturday, September 29 at Withers & Whisenant Funeral Home with Rev. Randall Wright.
The family will receive friends from 6:00 until 8:00pm Friday at the funeral home
Interment will be at Hillcrest Gardens
