Lincolnton- Connie Lynn Allen,57 of 550 Osprey Creek Road, went home to be with the Lord November 12, 2010 at her residence
She was a native of Indianapolis, Indiana, born October 12, 1953
to Dexter Gainey and the late Lillian Grout
She was preceded in death by her mother, a daughter, Sherri Gainey
Survivors include her husband, Frank Allen of the home
her children: Brandi Robinson and Frank Smith, Jr. both of Lincolnton, Jeannie Allen of Virginia and Tina Allen of Florida, and Chris Allen also of Lincolnton
25 Grandchildren and one soon to be great grandchild; her Father Dexter Gainey of FL.
Brothers Mike Gainey, Chuck Gainey, Tommy Gainey, Dex Gainey and Jimmy Gainey; Sisters: Tisha Gainey and Erin Gainey
A Celebration of Life service will be 3:00 pm Wednesday, November 17, 2010 at Bethlehem Church
The family will receive friends 6-8 Tuesday, November 16 at the funeral home
Interment will be private
