He was a native of Gaston County NC, born October 7, 1957
Chuck was owner and operator of Webb Tax and Accounting.
He was a member of Westside Hope Church of God. He loved to fish, read science fiction, and sing in the choir and church quartette; he loved his church family.
Survivors include his wife Maribeth Pangilinan Webb; his children
Jennifer Toney and husband Ray of Belmont, and Cindy Webb of Gastonia; (adopted daughter) Melissa Parker of Cramerton, Chuck's niece Leah Welch of Gastonia; grandchildren, Cameron and Kaitlyn Toney, Hunter and Tyler Gosnell; a brother Jimmy Webb of FL; sisters Donna Webb of Dallas and
Rita Hodgkins of FL and several nieces and nephews
A Celebration of Life service will be 12:00 Noon, Tuesday, February 12 at the Westside Hope Church of God, 2410 Crescent Lane, Gastonia, NC 28052 with Bishop Jack Ford and Reverend Nelson Hope officiating
The family will receive friends from 11:00 until 12 prior to the service at the church
Interment will be at Armstrong Cemetery, Oceola St.,Gastonia
In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to Westside Hope Church of God, P.O. Box1785, Gastonia, NC 28053
