Charlie Wayne Ward, 64 passed away November 23, 2012 at Gaston Memorial Hospital.
He was a native of Columbus NC, born June 2, 1948 to the late Leamon and Lillie Johnson Ward.
He was preceded in death by his Parents, and his brothers Fred Ward, Clyde Ward and Don Ward, Sr.
He was a member of the Cramerton Temple of God Holiness Church. He worked in textiles at R.L. Stowe Mill and was retired from the Dairy Queen in Belmont.
Survivors include Brothers Earl Ward and wife Nettie of Gastonia; Jerry Ward and wife Carolyn of Belmont and a sister Patricia Martin and husband Dennis of Gastonia and many nieces and nephew.
