Bessemer City - Charlet "Sherry" Vernon Hodges Hustis, 75, passed away peacefully on Tuesday, March 16, 2021 at Brian Center Health and Rehabilitation of Gastonia. She was born in Christiansburg, Virginia on January 18, 1946 and is the daughter of the late Charles and Ester Hodges.
"Sherry" was a loving daughter, mother and grandmother and will be truly missed by so many. She formerly worked at WalMart in Dallas.
She is survived by her son, Michael Anders of Statesville; two grandchildren, Michelle Anders, Christopher Anders.
The family will have a private service at a later date.
