Gastonia- Charles Edgar 'Chuck' Cole, 55 of Clover, SC, formerly of Gastonia passed away peacefully September 9, 2012 at Hospice & Community Care.
He was a native of Gaston County, born August 19, 1957 to Nadine Whisnant Cole and the late Edgar Leslie 'Buck' Cole.
Chuck attended Hunter Huss High School and Hair Styling Institute of Charlotte, and was co owner of family owned Dixie Village Barber Shop for over 34 years. He was a member of Catawba Height Baptist Church.
Survivors include his wife Virag 'Vee' Kovacs Cole;
a daughter, Autum Sarah Roper;
brother, David Cole and a sister Jan Cole
A number of nieces and nephews
And many friends
He is also survived by his very special Hungarian Viesia 'Rizzo'
Celebration of life service will be 7:00pm, Thursday, September 13 at Catawba Heights Baptist Church with Pastors Raymond Johns and Pastor Richard Cody officiating
The family will receive friends from 5:30 until 7:00 prior to the service
Interment will be private
