Timothy Britt

Calvin Timothy Britt, 63, passed away peacefully on October 13, 2024 at his residence with his loving family by his side. 

 He was born in Lawrenceville, Georgia, on September 16, 1961 to the late William Dennis Britt and Barbara Cain Harris. In addition to his parents, he is preceded in death by his brother, Richard “Rick” Britt. 

 Tim was a veteran of the US Army where he served as a chemical operations specialist. He spent his career working as a maintenance technician for FedEx. Tim was the kind of man who never met a stranger and was always willing to be a friend to those around him. He enjoyed music, traveling, and camping with his Roothog family. 

 Those left to cherish Tim's memory are his daughter, who he called his heart, Dana Woods (Matthew); siblings, Russell A. Britt, Terry “Tater” Britt, Tracey “Toby” Britt; grandchildren, Willow and Nathan “River” Woods; his bonus family, Noah and Jan Brittain, Suzie Q aka Hazel, his special friend in Germany, Mara, and many more close friends; his many cousins, nieces, and nephews. 

 A celebration of life service will be announced at a later date.
