Gastonia – Brenda Ann Ledford, 65, passed away on January 28, 2017 at her residence surrounded by her loving family.
She was born in Gaston County to the late Arnold and Mildred Ledford.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by brothers Roy and Benny Ledford.
Brenda was a loving mother and grandmother who will be greatly missed! She enjoyed watching Charles Stanley on television and loved to sing. She loved to go to the beach and Harrah's Casino any chance she had to get away.
Left to cherish her memories includes her daughters, Lisa Thompson and Angela Walker; grandchildren, special granddaughter, Lisa Christopher, Brad Chaplin, Lesely Chaplin, Jeff Thompson, Chris Moses and Cindy Williams; 7 great grandchildren; sisters, Evelyn Ledford (Raymond) and Rita Ledford.
A Celebration of her life for family and friends will be held at the home on Saturday, February 4th from 1:00 – 5:00 p.m., 1075 Goodman Circle, Gastonia, NC 28054.
