Bonnie was a loving person who will be missed greatly! She loved to crochet. Bonnie worked for the U.S. Postal Service and later in food service.
She was born in Connecticut on March 30, 1952 to Modeste Gantnier and the late Edward Deskus
In addition to her father, she is preceded in death by her husband, Jim Silkey
Left to cherish her memories include her daughter, Nicole Silkey; mother, Modeste Gantnier Deskus; brothers, Stephen and Andrew Deskus; sisters, Theresa Salisbury and Michelle Foley;

The family will be receive friends from 6:00 – 7:00 pm on Thursday, October 22nd at 206 South Oakland Street, Dallas, NC
Family will receive friends on Friday, October 23, 2015 at 10:30 am at Holy Spirit Catholic Church, 537 NC 16 Business, Denver NC 28037 followed by a Prayer Service at 11:00 a.m. with Reverend Father Carmen Malcarai
