Gastonia – Bobby "Bucky" Wayne Hill, 58, of Knoxville, TN formerly of Gastonia passed away on February 10, 2016
He was born in Gaston County on July 30, 1957 to Louise Clark Cates and the late Buddy Wayne Hill.
In addition to his father, he is preceded in death by his brother Alan Mitchell Hill
Bucky had worked at Fiber Controls over 25 years.
Survivors include his mother, Louise Clark Cates and husband Tim; children, Bobbi Lynn Hill and Katie Marie Hill;
Grandchildren, Adian, Haley, Cassidy and Liam; sister, Jackie Hill Cantrell; niece, Natalie Phillips and nephews, Justin and Matthew Hill
Celebration of Life Service will be Sunday, February 14th at 3:00 pm at Union Road Church of God, 2315 Union Road, Gastonia, NC with Reverend Scotty Cochran officiating.
Visitation for family and friends will be one hour prior to the service
Interment will be private at Olney Presbyterian Church Cemetery at a later date.
