Billy is survived by his wife of 38 years, Hazel Earley McAbee;
his son Emmaus Smith and a daughter Treena Morton and 4 grandchildren;
step son, Wayne McAbee; brother, Steve Smith; sisters, Betty Lou and Faye Carver.
Graveside services will be 2:00 pm, Saturday, September 8th at Gaston Memorial Park with the Releasing of the Doves.
