Gastonia – Beverly Betts Miller, 77, passed away on June 30, 2015 at her residence.
She was born in Cleveland, Ohio on June 1, 1938 to the late Edwin Forrest and Gladys Chatterton Betts.
Beverly was a loving mother and grandmother. She enjoyed spending time with her family, gardening and watching the birds. Beverly was an avid Panthers football fan.
In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by her husband Donald Edward Miller and a brother Lee Forrest Betts.
Survivors include her children David Miller and wife Katie, Scott Miller and wife Leslie all of Gastonia; Jeanne Miller of Alexandria, VA; granddaughters Alyssa and Anna Miller; sister Barbara Haas of Huntsville, AL
Graveside Service will be 2:00 pm, Friday, July 3rd at Gaston Memorial Park with Reverend James Loftis officiating.
The family will receive friends from 1:00 until 1:45 pm at Withers & Whisenant Funeral Home.
