Newton -Betty Williams Hall, 77 passed away peacefully on August 5, 2017 at the Catawba Regional Hospice House with her loving family by her side.
She was born in Berkshire County, MA on December 1, 1939 to the late Arthur K. and Christena Myrtle Pratt Williams.
Betty was a loving mother, grandmother, sister and cherished friend, who will be greatly missed! She was a member of the Church of Good Shepherd - South Lee, Massachusetts. She retired from BB&T in Newton after many dedicated years of service as a Bank Teller.
Those left to cherish her memory include her loving daughters, Jane Chavez (Lance) of Maiden, NC; Linda Smith of Great Barrington, MA, Kim Twing of Daytona Beach, FL; Diane Fogarty (Ken) of Stockbridge, MA;
5 grandchildren and 4 great-grandchildren; brother, Bert Williams (Karen) and sister, Lil Winters all of Lee, MA; very close dear friends, Beth and Bruce Swanson; Pete and June Nunez and the Barnett Family;
The family will hold a Memorial Service in Stockbridge, Massachusetts at a later date.
