Dallas- Barbara 'Buffy' Broyles Price, 47, passed away peacefully February 4, 2012 at Robin Johnson Hospice House with her loving family at her side.
Buffy was a native of Gaston County, born April 4, 1964 to Dale I. Broyles and the late Jan Summitt Broyles.
She was a member of Long Creek Memorial Baptist Church and had worked as a dispatcher at Jack's towing for over 18 years.
Survivors include her father Dale I. Broyles and wife Melva of Gastonia; children Josh Price, Christopher Edwards and Courtney Price all of Dallas; grandchildren Gunner Edwards and Payton Smart; a brother Todd Broyles of Dallas and a nephew Jonathan Stallings, and her cat Toby.
The family will receive friends from 6:00 until 8:00pm Monday at Withers & Whisenant Funeral Home
Celebration of life service will be 2:00pm Tuesday, February 7, 2012 at Long Creek Memorial Baptist Church with Rev. Jim Shaw officiating.
Interment will follow in the church cemetery
Pallbearers will be Eric and Larry Abernathy, Kevin and Sidney Berryman, Jack Mason and Scott McElveen
