Anne Hancock Crews

Anne Hancock Crews, 89, passed away peacefully on February 26, 2025 with her loving family by her side. 

She was born in Towns County, Georgia on December 16, 1935 to the late Anderson and Dorothy Hancock. In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by her son, Robbie Owens; and her brothers, Tony Hunt and Larry Hancock. 

Anne was a loving mother, grandmother, and great-grandmother. She loved spending time with her family and making many happy memories that will be cherished by all who knew and loved her. 

She is survived by her daughters, Denise Swink and Angela Owens Holder; grandchildren, Heather Pagan (Scott), Brandon Owens (Corrie), Christi Greer (Richard), Anderson Holder (Minnie), and Wade Holder (Megan); and her beloved 11 great-grandchildren. 

A graveside service will take place on Tuesday, March 4, 2025 at 2:00 p.m. at Gaston Memorial Park, Garden of Four Seasons, 1200 South New Hope Road, Gastonia, North Carolina, with Mr. Brandon Owens officiating.
