She was preceded in death by her father Joe Webb, Jr.; and a brother David Medlin, sisters Shawn Medlin and Tammy Webb
Survivors include her mother Hattie Watkins Webb of the home and a brother Ralph Medlin of the home; her husband Richard Herring, also a niece and two nephews, five great nephews and many friends
