Clover – Agnes King Mauney, 87, passed away October 31, 2013 at her residence surrounded by her loving family.
She was born in Polk County, daughter of the late Albert Prince King and Icie Mae King.
Agnes was a member of Lowell Freewill Baptist Church. She loved her family and enjoyed spending time with her children, grandchildren and great grandchildren. She loved cooking and crocheting. She retired from Victory Mill with 33 years of service.
She was preceded in death by her parents; husband, Marion Wesley Mauney; daughters, Gayle Mauney and Doris McAllister; Son, Johnny Mauney; Brothers, Windel, Walter, Johnny, and Danny; Sister, Annie Mae Amerson.
She is survived by her sons, Robert Mauney and wife Kathy; Billy Mauney and wife Debbie; Doug Mauney and wife, Delena
Daughters, Debbie Trull and husband Stacy, Brenda Sheppard and husband, Joe; and Judy Seigler
Sisters, Peggy Amerto, Rena Benton, Jean Dellinger, Joyce O'Shields, Shirley Clark and Jenny Harris
Blessed with (18) Grandchildren and (29) Great Grandchildren

The family will receive friends at Lowell Freewill Baptist Church from 10:00 a.m. -11:00 a.m. prior to the Celebration of Life Service at 11:00 a.m. on Saturday, November 2, 2013. Interment will be at Union Presbyterian with the Releasing of the Doves.
